4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Orders are accepted only after confirmation and payment processing.

• Cropjoy reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Delivery address outside serviceable zones

• If an order is cancelled from our side, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as shown.

• Cropjoy accepts payments via secure online gateways including UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets and net banking.

• We do not store any card or payment data on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery is available across select locations in India through courier partners.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on area, courier, weather, or logistical constraints.

• Cropjoy is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, returns and refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Items delivered are physically damaged

• Packaging is tampered

• Wrong product delivered

• Quality issues reported within 48 hours
