Due to the nature of edible food items, we follow a strict but fair refund and replacement policy as outlined below.
Refunds or replacements are applicable ONLY in the following situations:
The product delivered is damaged or broken
The packaging is tampered or leaking
The wrong product is delivered
Any genuine quality issue is found in the product
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Our quality team will verify the claim before approving any refund or replacement.
After verification:
✅ A replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost
OR
✅ A full refund will be issued if replacement is unavailable
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Once approved:
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days
Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider
Refunds or replacements are NOT provided under the following conditions:
Product consumed fully or partially
Complaint raised after 48 hours of delivery
Packaging opened without issue
Taste preference or personal dislike
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
Failed delivery attempts due to unreachable customer
Product damaged after delivery
Misuse or mishandling by consumer
Food items cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons.
Orders may be cancelled if not yet dispatched.
Full refund is provided.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Refunds post shipping follow eligibility only under Section 1 above.
Approved replacements are shipped within 3–7 business days depending on stock and delivery location.
Cropjoy is not liable for damages occurring during transit; however, we will provide refund or replacement after verification of courier-related damage claims filed within the 48-hour reporting window.
Cropjoy reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of refund claims.
Decisions taken by our quality assurance team will be considered final.
